Hannah Rollings
Hannah Rollings est peintre, illustratrice, chercheuse et enseignante Britannique. En 2014, elle débute un doctorat à l’Université de Kingston en collaboration avec The London Doctoral Design Centre (LDoc) qui prendra racine dans la représentation des arbres, à travers un travail d’ouvrage d’histoire naturelle à destination des enfants. Son attrait pour la nature viendra ainsi considérablement marquer sa pratique, entre abstraction et représentation, en expérimentant la peinture en plein air. Cette reconnexion à la nature lui permet de se connecter à son environnement par le biais d’une expérience picturale immersive, explorant une réponse émotionnelle à la couleur et au marquage.
Biographie
Née en 1985 au Royaume-Uni, Hannah Rollings est peintre, illustratrice, chercheuse et enseignante. Depuis 2014, elle poursuit un doctorat à l’Université de Kingston en collaboration avec The London Doctoral Design Centre (LDoc).
