Hannah Rollings
Hannah Rollings est peintre, illustratrice, chercheuse et enseignante Britannique. En 2014, elle débute un doctorat à l’Université de Kingston, se concentrant sur la représentation artistique des arbres, à travers un travail d’ouvrage d’histoire naturelle à destination des enfants. Son attrait pour la nature marque considérablement sa pratique. Entre abstraction et représentation, ses peintures sont créées en plein air, au milieu des montagnes et des forêts. La nature prise est sur le vif, à l'aide de chevalets installés en pleine nature. Ces tableaux sont colorés, immersifs et vivants. Le choix audacieux des couleurs donne une peinture originale et contemporaine.
Biographie
Née en 1985 au Royaume-Uni, Hannah Rollings est peintre, illustratrice, chercheuse et enseignante. Depuis 2014, elle poursuit un doctorat à l’Université de Kingston en collaboration avec The London Doctoral Design Centre (LDoc).
